Our Story
2007 – Foundation & Social Commitment
The journey began in 2007 after the closure of the Farmers’ Cooperative Spinning Mill in Sangola, which left many women unemployed. Mr. R. A. Rupnar, with guidance from Late Hon. MLA Mr. Ganpatrao Deshmukh, started a garment manufacturing initiative named Amit Garments. The primary goal was to create sustainable employment opportunities for local women and build a skilled workforce.
Skill Development & Training
In the early phase, 30–40 women received structured training in garment manufacturing. Selected candidates were sent to Bangalore for advanced training at the company’s expense, ensuring exposure to industry standards and improving overall skill development.
2012 –Manufacturing Expansion
With growing capabilities, the company established its own manufacturing facility at Ekhatpur, Solapur, and began operations under the name Sparkon Textiles. The focus was on quality production aligned with national and international standards.
2013 – Operational Strength & Domestic Growth
Initially, the company undertook job work for established garment manufacturers to build strong production systems, compliance processes, and quality control. Gradually, Sparkon started executing independent domestic orders and strengthened its supply chain.
2014 – Global Expansion
With the support of Worldlink Company, Mumbai, Sparkon Textiles entered the export market. This marked the beginning of its international journey, focusing on reliability, timely delivery, and consistent quality.
2015 – Myntra Partnership
With the support of Fractal Fashion Company, Sparkon achieved a major milestone by listing its products on Myntra, one of India’s leading e-commerce platforms, expanding its national presence and brand visibility.
